| RETURNS
AND CANCELLATIONS |

our handbags are made to order, we are currently unable to accept
returns except in the case of manufacturers errors. In those
cases, return requests must be made within FIVE (5) business
days from the date of receipt. The item must be in its original
packaging, be in perfect condition and have all tags still attached.
All returns are at the sole discretion of Renee Davide Handbags. |

Cancellations
of orders MUST be made within FIVE (5) business days of placing
your order. Cancellation requests after five days will not be
granted. There are NO refunds for returns after five business
days from date of receipt, or for cancellations made after five
business days from date of order. |

Items returned with no previous communication will not be accepted. |

Please
ship all returns prepaid and insured, with items wrapped securely
in their original packaging. We cannot be held accountable for
items not shipped according to these policies or items that
